Update - OPT Valentine
On April 15 our beautiful Armada filly Tine left for Heath Chalmers place for breaking.
Looking forward to having a horse out and competing in the not to distant future.

The final Gift.
The 16/02/15 marks a very special day, the last BMS Armada foal was born, out of the treasured mare APH Feuerlully (Ziwon). I was presented with this amazing colt foal who was the image of his father. Such a likeness I have never witnessed and I am blessed to have been left such a beautiful legacy.
Christmas 2014
2 foals were delivered over the Christmas period, our Lovely Duet gave us a super colt who has been named SO Decadent by Red, followed by another Red Colt boxing day out of Chalet Park Fascination.
OPT Kashmir
Our wonderful Lutz mare Glenyarra Kiara (Lina), finally gave us our Filly born 15/11/14 - another really lovely foal out of this combination. Lina will be bred to IFS Bonaparte this season.
OPT Welcomes a new sire.
With the Loss of Armada the search was on for the perfect stallion. With Trakehner options limited, I thought the chances of coming across a well performed TB stallion with my limited budget was unlikely.
However as they say when one door closes another opens and we found our Lawyer. By Waajib out of Resound Lady, Lawyer is a G2 and G3 winner, with a host of stakes placings on his resume.
Boasting 52% winners to starters, progeny have earned over $830,000 inc.
Vale BMS Armada 1/6/2014
Vale BMS Armada, ode to a champion who didn't quite get enough time to prove it. Yesterday Armada went home to Blackmores for his winter spell. He was ecstatic to be home with his mares and babies but was grazing contentedly when he was left. Five minutes later he was on the ground. Thank you to Jen Bowker for keeping everything together, to Anne, Annemarie and Darren of rose hill for the expert vet care and for lifting a 16.2hh stallion onto your float. Thank you to werribee for the expert surgical advice. Nothing could have done better but nothing could repair a broken hock. Armada was put to rest early last evening. We are devastated as are many, many others who have helped shape Armada into the horse he was. His exceptional temperament was evident to the very end. Will have spent close to five years patiently preparing armada for a long career at the elite level, his loss is a great as ours. Rest in peace my friend...
OPT Amelia Jane
It is always a bitter sweet feeling, when one of the babies leaves for their new home. I am delighted to announce that the lovely, OPT Amelia Jane (aka AJ) left for Trojen Equine services on 18 Feb 2014. I look forward to seeing her grow and develop under the watchful eye of Jen Best.

Its not just big horse interest, I decided it was time the kids had something their size to play with. OPT Comet by, Arabesque Baron Bold out of the delightful Welsh A, Wyann Virgo (aka Jazz) came into this world, and thanks to the girls, he is now the friendliest of all the foals.
